NY Fit Fest is New York’s annual oceanfront fitness and wellness festival. This year, the comeback, is open to people of all ages and fitness levels to enjoy an unparalleled experience. This festival is about wellness, recovery, and community connection. There’s also a great shopper’s village to explore.
This year’s UNITE IN FITNESS, Something for Every B-O-D-Y themed Fitness Fest will be held on September 25th and 26th in Long Beach, L.I. The epic event is presented by Polestar, and powered by The U.S. Army.
The Details
This year’s event features more than 60 vendors, and 30-plus fitness classes, lectures, workshops, and other activities.
For the first time, the festival is open to children 12 and older. There is also a new “stronger together” family workout session led by David Freeman.
There’s also a free Rest & Recovery Lounge Sponsored by The U.S Army Complete With Massages and Virtual Experience.
The Main Beach Event will be held on Saturday 9/25 at Edwards Blvd Beach, Long Beach NY 11561. There will be a Rain Date of 9/26.
The Rooftop Mini-Fest will be held on Sunday 9/26 at the Allegria Hotel, right on the boardwalk. Start off with rooftop meditation from 7-10 AM at the Allegria Hotel in Long Beach. Then at 11 AM, move over to Bright Eye Beer Company, Long Beach, NY to cap off this great event!
Classes are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis and each cap at a different number of participants. A full list of classes and schedules can be found at nyfitfest.com.
NY Fit Fest Ticket Info
Tickets are $50 each for students and participants ages 65 and up and $100 for 18-plus. Mini fest tickets are $50. Sunday tickets include entry to Barre and Beer Class at Bright Eye Beer Company.
You can purchase tickets online at eventbrite.com or at the door. Each ticket grants you full access to the event; spectators and shoppers must show a free-entry ticket.
