Both activities are fun, great exercise, and very accessible on our little island! Finding places to rent is actually not too difficult, with more and more options popping up seemingly all the time. Naturally, the majority of outfitters are near launch sites that are open to the public.

Taking out those Long Island kayaks and paddleboards offers a surprising bounty of natural beauty, wildlife, and waterways that range from serene rivers, inlets, and harbors to challenging ocean and bay courses.

The Waterfront Center
