Event Spaces and Capacity
The Brecknock Hall wedding venue has indoor and outdoor spaces suitable for ceremonies, cocktail parties, and seated receptions.
For an indoor celebration, there are four parlor rooms with elegant and fanciful decor. There is also a large central hallway, which can make a spacious dance floor. These indoor spaces can accommodate up to 90 guests for a seated dinner or 120 people for a cocktail party.
The outdoor spaces include vibrantly green sprawling lawns and a patio. They are great for grand celebrations as they can accommodate up to 200 guests for a tented reception.
Brecknock Hall hosts only one event per weekend, so you’ll be able to use the venue the way you see fit. You can have the wedding ceremony and cocktails indoors and head outdoors for a seated reception. Or the other way around, if you prefer saying your vows out in nature and enjoying dinner inside. However you envision this day, you’ll be able to make it into your reality.

Brecknock Hall Site Fee
The impressive appearance of Brecknock Hall might make you think that you can’t afford it. But don’t despair yet because they work with a wide range of budgets.
The site fee pricing of Brecknock Hall depends on the number of guests and time of year. From May to October, they charge $11,000 for wedding celebrations with up to 200 guests. From November to April, the venue rental will cost you $9,000 if you invite 90 or fewer people.
The site fee includes:
- Exclusive use of the grounds
- 22 round tables (60”) and 15 cocktail tables (30”)
- 200 white Chiavari chairs
- Daylong use of suites for the bride and groom
- Restroom attendant and security
- Access to Long Island Sound for photos
- On-site ceremony
You’ll also get pre-wedding building access for decorating and setting up so that you don’t have to rush and worry about it on your special day.
Vendors
For tent and catering services, you’ll have to choose companies preferred by Brecknock Hall. For everything else, including florals and entertainment, they allow you to hire your own; just make sure they have a proper license and insurance.

Ceremony-Only Packages
